We are devoted to the work of deep healing and reconnection. We believe that suicide is not merely an individual tragedy, but a symptom of a much deeper disconnection from the self, from others, from nature, and from a sense of purpose.

Guided by the principles of trauma-informed care, we recognise that behind every act of despair lies a story of unmet need, unacknowledged pain, and a longing for belonging.

Our work is grounded in the understanding that healing does not happen in isolation. Through outdoor-based educational and therapeutic programmes, we create spaces where people can begin to feel safe enough to feel again.

Our interactive group programmes last for 5 days and can cater for up to 10 people at a time.
