In Fife, we have 3 services for adults:

• Carer Support (for those caring for someone with a mental illness)
• Hearing Voices (for those who are voice hearers, no diagnoses required)
• Resilience (for support promoting positive mental health and resilience for people facing stress, overwhelm and life’s challenges)

Our services are not best placed to offer crisis support but the I need help now page of this site provides information for those in need of more urgent support.

Our services are available Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm.

Once an outreach worker is allocated, contact options would be confirmed for the appropriate service.

All of our services are provided free of charge.

Our services can be accessed by self referral or referral from a third party working with someone. Referrals can be emailed to FifeServices@changemh.org
