The questions are answered accurately, confidentially and without judgement within 24 hours.

A safe space for young people aged 12-25.

The service is available 24hrs Monday to Sunday.

However, response is not instant and young people will receive a response within 24hrs.

Canned responses are used to signpost to more suitable service if necessary.
