Ewen’s Room is a local suicide-prevention and mental-health charity supporting people across Lochaber and the Western Isles.

We provide free, confidential emotional support through our Open Doors community drop-ins. We offer a warm welcome, a listening ear, and a safe space to talk.

Our trained team also offers one-to-one support for anyone struggling with their mental health or supporting someone in crisis.

We work in schools to promote wellbeing, build resilience, and reduce stigma around mental-health challenges.

Across all our services, our aim is simple: to connect with people, offer understanding without judgement, and ensure no one faces difficult moments alone.
