We provide a monthly programme of therapeutic activities and groups open to members.

Peer support and one to one support opportunities are available. We also provide training and information sessions.

We do not provide crisis support but offer a drop in service during opening hours.

Our service is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Our membership is open to 16+ living in Helensburgh & Lomond.

We accept referrals from all sources – self referral; other third sector organisations; GPs, Social Work, Community Mental Health Team and from friends & family.

Our service is free of charge.
