Liber8 supports suicide prevention through counselling, psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). While we do not provide crisis intervention, our services play a preventative role by addressing underlying issues such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

Our therapists are trained to recognise warning signs, carry out risk assessments, and signpost or refer clients to appropriate crisis services when needed.

We also work within a trauma-informed, recovery-focused framework and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure clients receive safe, effective, and joined-up support that reduces risk and promotes long-term wellbeing.

Our services are available on the following days and times:-

Mondays between 9am and 5pm
Tuesdays between 9am and 8pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 5pm
Friday between 9am and 4pm
