We provide one-to-one counselling to adults affected by suicide or suicide ideation.

We also provide a one-day course called Suicide Prevention Scotland for anyone not already trained in mental health and wellbeing.

You will learn more about suicide and develop skills to have confident conversations with individuals about suicide.

Our services are available on Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 5pm.

Weekends depending on availability.
