We are a male support group, facilitated by volunteers, offering peer support. Our aim is to help support men across our local community, and reduce the risks of suicide.

Men can connect through our Facebook group, website and regular drop in sessions. We also hold regular walk and talk sessions.

For drops ins we meet every second Sunday in the Annex at the New Elgin Hall. You can also find details of the ad hoc walk and talks and other activities on the Facebook group, accessible through our website above.
