Specific services
At Penumbra 365, we operate on a direct access and immediate support basis. People will experience a ‘no wrong door’ approach which connects them to the pathway that’s right for them.
As part of our suicide prevention service, Penumbra 365 support individuals by developing personalised safe plans and D-MAPS (Decision-Making and Action Plans) that help them manage moments of crisis.
We also signpost individuals to external resources, including the Suicide Prevention App, Breathing Space, and Samaritans to ensure they have immediate and ongoing support.
Our service is open to anyone aged 18 and over living in Aberdeen, including migrants, asylum seekers, students and anyone else who may benefit from our support.
Hours available
Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
