At Tony's Safe Place we provide ASIST trained peer support, one to one sessions, and counselling sessions in suicide prevention and bereavement.
We are there for everyone who needs our help in the community and beyond.
We have so much more going on surrounding mental health and well-being including:
- Cold water therapy
- Walk and talks
- Art therapy
- Wellness sessions
- Group sessions men's, women's & mixed group
- Addiction services
- Bereavement counselling and
- Financial help.
